- Keep at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Signature Flaky Teochew Orh Nee Mooncakes
- Keep in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid placing them in car boots.
- Keep in the freezer at -12°C or below within 1 day of purchase, for a maximum of 30 days.
- Keep in the chiller between 0°C to 4°C within 1 day of purchase, for a maximum of 5 days.
- Defrost in ambient temperature for 2-3 hours if it is removed from the freezer. Heat up in a pre-heated oven at 110°C to 130°C for 8 to 10 minutes to best enjoy the mooncake.
Snowskin Mooncakes
- Keep them away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid placing them in car boots.
- Keep in the freezer at -12°C or below within 2 hours of purchase, for a maximum of 30 days.
- Do not refreeze.
