This set includes:
Each platter features a combination of starters to whet your appetites: Deep Fried White Bait, Steamed Fish & Crab Meat Dumpling and Smoked Duck.
The Deep Fried White Bait is crispy and savoury, while the Steamed Dumplings are a classic dim sum dish with a burst of umami flavours.
The Smoked Duck is tender and succulent, with a smoky flavour that pairs perfectly with the other dishes.
This nutritious broth is boiled with Fish Maw, Crab Meat, and a variety of herbs and spices, which are slowly simmered to bring out their flavours and boost your immunity.
